4. User Conduct & Use of Data Users agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from attempting to breach our security protocols, reverse-engineer our IoT integration methods, or misrepresent your affiliation with Marius, Conrad, or Sandro.

Disclaimer of Warranties & ROI While SYMTRON delivers "verified ROI" and "operational peace of mind," technical results may vary based on environmental factors, existing infrastructure, and client implementation. All services are provided "as is" without an absolute guarantee of specific monetary savings unless explicitly stated in a separate, signed service-level agreement (SLA).
6. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYMTRON and its leadership team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our IoT data, surveillance alerts, or energy management systems.
7. Third-Party Distribution As a licensed distributor, SYMTRON may provide hardware manufactured by strategic partners. While we ensure the highest quality of integration, specific hardware warranties are governed by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
8. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
